Shipping Information
Rock Star PoochTM ship items via UPS Ground, FedEx, Airborne Express, & US Postal Service. For standard or ground delivery, please allow 5 to 14 business day for delivery. If items are backordered or made-to-order, shipping time may be longer. Customer Service will contact you via e-mail to inform you before the item is shipped.
Rock Star PoochTM shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. See Chart Below. For large items such as beds and bed furniture may include extra shipping surcharges for dimensions and oversize weights. In these cases, shipping will be more than what was calculated during checkout, Customer Service will contact you via e-mail.

If you wish to have your shipment expedited, please contact Customer Service at contact@rockstarpooch.com. Please be aware that made to order items may not qualify for expedited shipping.
9.75% Sales Tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within Illinois. Rock Star PoochTM is in Illinois. All other states are tax-exempt.
International Shipping: (Canada, Mexico, Asia, Europe)
Please contact us at contact@rockstarpooch.com for a quote. Rock Star PoochTM will only charge you the actual international shipping cost.
Return Policy
Rock Star PoochTM stands behind our products selection 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 5 (five) days of receipt and must be in its original packaging for a Rock Star Pooch store credit good for 30 days. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
If the item you received is damaged or defective, Rock Star PoochTM will gladly exchange it. It must be returned within 5 days of receipt in its original packaging. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
To send an item back please:
1) Email contact@rockstarpooch.com to obtain a RA number
2) Send your item back via trackable and insured carrier
3) Once Rock Star Pooch receive your item back, we send you via e-mail Rock Star Pooch store credit. You have 30 days to redeem your store credit.
Payments:
Rock Star Pooch uses Paypal for product purchases. You do not have to have a Paypal account or set-up an account with Paypal to use your credit card for purchases. Upon checkout you will be directed to the Paypal payment site. Rock Star Pooch Paypal Payment site is secured.
