 Wholesale Info

Opening Order:
Minimum of 5 pieces of any combination of designs and sizes. Payment must be prepaid by a credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or company’s check. If paying by check, orders will not be shipped until check is cleared. Returned checks are assessed a $30 fee.

Reorders:
Minimum of 3 pieces of any combination of designs and sizes. A company pre-payment plan can be established after opening order has been processed. Additional information about your company will be needed to established the account.

Special Orders:
We are happy to take special orders i.e. special size and special design. The minimum order is 36 units of a particular design.

Drop-Ship Orders:
Once an evaluation of your site is conducted and you are approved, we will provide drop ship instructions, as well as images of our products for your site. All Rock Star Pooch products must be sold at our suggested retail price. Please contact us at contact@rockstarpooch.com for more details.

Shipping:
All Rock Star Pooch products will be shipped via Priority Mail via US Postal Service.
UPS for shipping is available upon request. Orders will be received 5 to 7 days.

Returns:
If your received a damaged product, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us at contact@rockstarpooch.com to obtain a RA number. Rock Star Pooch will incur any shipping expenses.

Order Cancellation:
All cancel orders will be charged 15% restocking fee. You also need to contact us at contact@rockstarpooch.com. If an order has not been processed or shipped, there will be no penalty to cancel.
